�OdIn� Ltd. has the right for the utilization of worn out automobile tires and other rubber products, on the basis of License # 784329 given by the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine on 19.04.2004.

The rendered services are subject to payment at the rate of 150,00 grn plus tax, for one ton of utilized scrap tires and other rubber products.

Upon delivery to the territory, �OdIn� Ltd. gives an acceptance report of transfer, and after payment and utilization performance, an act of the executed work is transferred.
